What are we planning?

Cotgrave Open Gardens

On the 23-24th June 2018 Cotgrave will have its first ever open gardens, with all profits going to the local Ash Lea school. Though we are in the early stages of organisation, we already have over a dozen gardens signed up, as well as a number of local business and churches to provide parking and refreshments on the day.

The committee is currently meeting once a month, and though May seems like a long way off, there's a lot to do and it'll come by quickly. With this kind, we are looking for additional people who would like to join the committee and help us organise the event.

We are also keen to get as many local gardens as possible involved. If you enjoy your garden, whatever its size or stage of development, and would be happy to show it to the public, and people can access it without going though your home, then please get in touch.

On the day there will be games and activities across the gardens for children to enjoy, so it should be a fun day out and show off how nice Cotgrave is.

If you'd like to keep up to date with developments, you can follow us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/CotgraveOpenGardens. If you’re interested in showing your garden or joining the committee you can get in touch by contacting us here.
